"PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE DENTAL OFFICE... I'M SORRY (THAT YOU ARE SO ANNOYING!)
This presentation is intended to be a practical and helpful course for any dental staff member who has to deal with difficult people and tricky situations. The presentation will also be as entertaining as it is informative, by blending practical advice with humour. The advice was born from Sean’s “vast life experiences receiving every imaginable type of bad customer service!”. This multi-media presentation will include handouts, slides and videos, including “How not to respond” to many customer service situations.
Sean graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC in 1995, and maintains a general practice in Coquitlam, BC. He is an Invisalign certified provider. A keen observer of human nature, Sean believes he has experienced or has observed questionable, and often bad, customer service situations for at least 20 years! Sean is very active and enjoys spending time with his two young children, playing hockey, boating, and watching stand up comedy.
