Founded in 2003, Nadean Burkett & Associates Inc. is an independently owned professional practice providing career guidance and support as well as business & transition services to dental professionals.
With a career in dentistry spanning over 3 decades, Nadean has supplemented her hands-on clinical (trained as a CDA) and administrative experience with education in business administration and marketing; giving her a comprehensive business perspective that has proven valuable to her clients.
 Nadean is respected as a practice valuator, business planner and career coach known for creating workable solutions and building solid relationships within the dental profession and industry. Nadean contributes regularly to prestigious dental journals with distribution in Canada and throughout North America - such as Spectrum Dialogue, the Journal for the Canadian Academy of General Dentistry, Teamwork, and the Journal for the Canadian Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She developed the Empowerment series of business education training courses specifically for dental professionals at all stages of their careers.
