The Annual Midwinter Clinic is the VDDS’ premier event of the season for dentists, dental staff, study clubs and businesses that supply the Vancouver and area dental community. Our confirmed date for 2011 is Friday, December 9, at the Westin Bayshore Hotel.
The Westin's Grand Ballroom display area of almost 9,000 sq. ft. provides the opportunity for trade show participants to enhance existing client relationships as well as to establish new ones. We hope you will consider participating.
Each year, the Midwinter Clinic Lecture Program and Trade Show run concurrently, both opening at 8 am. Trade Show Hours are 8:00 am through 1:00 pm. The Gala Holiday Luncheon is from 1:00 - 3:00 pm in the Stanley Park Ballroom and will cap the day's agenda.
